Peter DeFazio for Congress

2017 Community Forums

Since the November election, I've received more calls, emails, and letters than ever before from Oregonians wanting to be engaged in the political process. Most people I'm hearing from have deep concerns about the actions of the Trump Administration and the long-lasting impacts of the decisions being made. You want to know how to create change and make a difference.

To answer your questions, my campaign is hosting a series of community forums with local elected officials throughout the 4th Congressional District to candidly discuss ways to be engaged, fight back, and work together to implement change at the local, statewide, and national level.

These events are not Congressional town hall meetings, but are free events open to interested citizens and supporters who want to become involved and make an impact on the political process. Space will be limited. To help us manage the event, please RSVP to assist with an accurate headcount.

My team will also livestream the Eugene forum on my Facebook Page for those who are unable to attend. Think about organizing a watch-party in your area!
